Think it’s helping
Bit unfair to review so soon (but emailed me to request one) as only been using for a few days. However after a tricky start I’m now using this every day and although not entirely sure I’m doing it properly I think it might be helping with my bladder leakage problem. I’ve not managed to use it walking around much yet but they advise to build up gradually. I’m quite optimistic so far
