Can’t Beat Tour Edge on Value!
Tour Edge Golf Clubs are one of golf’s best values when it comes to craftsmanship, style, and performance. They are excellent for beginners and high handicappers. A few PGA players have been known to carry a few Tour Edge clubs in their bags. This set was for my grandson who has out grown his U.S. Kids clubs. I have purchased four other Tour Edge sets for my wife, granddaughters, and myself. I’ve never been disappointed with the forgiveness and playability these clubs have to offer. They are very affordable and their quality surpasses their price.

Expected better quality from Tour Edge name
At first, I was very excited I’m able to get a well-known golf brand for my son’s first complete set. I’ve had Tour Edge drivers and fairway woods before (Exotics line), love the quality. But in this set, it left a lot to be desired. The quality is reminiscent of knock off brands: on some clubs (mainly the woods and hybrid) paint on the heads were misaligned, surfaces looked wavy, some zippers on the bag wouldn’t close because the tracks were off, and some other minor things not worth mentioning. Aside from many quality issues, the one that stood out the most are the dents on some club faces. This is a brand new set, why does it have dents? The bubble wrap and packaging were acceptable and it looked well packaged, there’s no reason for having dents. Quality issue? I’ve had clubs that were at least 10 years old and have been beat up; aside from superficial scratches, those clubs still were dent-free and serviceable. The set is slightly more expensive than some no-name beginner sets but I’m thinking the quality could be comparable. I get it, it’s a teen set, but I expected better quality control from the Tour Edge name. As I’m writing this, I’m actually pondering if this could be a knock off set, I hope not.The good thing is that it is a complete set, the irons were of better quality it seems, and although the bag seems flimsy, it’s very light and will help with walking the course.

Your kid needs to be well over 5 feet tall.
Good set for a teen. I bought them a little too soon for him. He’s now taller and they fit better. Clubs too long are worse than clubs too short.
