The Corelle Caspian Lace collection includes 6 lunch plates, making it easy to replace a favorite piece or expand the dishes you use every day. A navy scalloped border edges the white like the trim on a piece of heirloom lace, one line beaded in tiny dots, one drawn solid. Caspian Lace is soft, cottage-romantic, and a little vintage: pretty enough for a spring brunch, easy enough for a casual Tuesday. Every piece is made from Corelle’s patented triple-layer Vitrelle glass: five times stronger than stoneware, half the weight, and half the stack height. The non-porous surface won’t stain or absorb odors. Microwave, oven, and dishwasher safe. Lunch plates measure 8.5 inches—practical sizing for everyday meals without taking over the table or cabinet. Made in Corning, New York since 1970. Backed by a 5-year chip warranty.

Review: Great Everyday Plates - These are great. I had a set of the Lia pattern plates and broke one, (shattered into a million pieces is more like it), and needed a replacement. The Lia is discontinued, and therefore outrageously priced, so we just ordered a set of six of these in botanical. Same blue color, just different patterns. They look like they were intended to go together as a set. I couldn't be happier. Great solution to a problem. So, if your in the same situation, these plates are your answer. As I said these things are great. The "glass" surface is incredibly slick, shiny, and durable. We use them almost daily and have almost stopped using the stoneware. The stoneware chips so easily, and unless you drop these things on an edge they are almost unbreakable. Almost. I think they are chip proof. It you hit it hard enough to chip it, it's gonna shatter. After 5-6 years of using the Lia, they still remain brand new looking. They also come sparkling clean when washed. Nothing sticks to these things. Scrape, quick rinse and in the dishwasher they go. For everyday plates/dishes for a busy household these things are perfect.

These are great. I had a set of the Lia pattern plates and broke one, (shattered into a million pieces is more like it), and needed a replacement. The Lia is discontinued, and therefore outrageously priced, so we just ordered a set of six of these in botanical. Same blue color, just different patterns. They look like they were intended to go together as a set. I couldn't be happier. Great solution to a problem. So, if your in the same situation, these plates are your answer. As I said these things are great. The "glass" surface is incredibly slick, shiny, and durable. We use them almost daily and have almost stopped using the stoneware. The stoneware chips so easily, and unless you drop these things on an edge they are almost unbreakable. Almost. I think they are chip proof. It you hit it hard enough to chip it, it's gonna shatter. After 5-6 years of using the Lia, they still remain brand new looking. They also come sparkling clean when washed. Nothing sticks to these things. Scrape, quick rinse and in the dishwasher they go. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Corelle plates are the best plates

Switching to Corelle plates was a great decision. They are lightweight, unbreakable, and take up much less room in the cabinets and the dishwasher than ceramic plates. They are acceptable looking especially in today's world where the plain white plate has become the "modern" tabletop standard. I bought this pattern to coordinate with the Lia pattern, which, very sadly, is discontinued, and they do work well together.
