Once he shuffles his feet either backwards or forwards and gets them in the correct position, the vibrating stops. It also beeps if it thinks you are going too fast. The charge on it is excellent. I think he gets about 5-6 hours of use out of it which in my opinion is excellent! We also bought the go kart attachment to clip onto this which makes it even more fun! You can go twice as fast with the go kart on, it does beep when you are doing it as it goes so fast but it’s fine! Honestly I would buy this again and again for the price.
