Io lo trovo eccessivamente duro non è la giusta alternativa all'elastico rosso, secondo me dovrebbe essere più morbido considerando anche il fatto che dovrebbe offrire la possibilità di essere usato anche da donne e persone anziane dotate di minore forza, alle quali viene precluso l'utilizzo dei vostri elastici in quanto troppo duri da usare. Il mio consiglio è quello di ammorbidirlo in quanto non avete un elastico sufficientemente morbido tra i vostri per essere suato da persone più debolucce. Invece il rosso e il nero sono perfetti per esercizi pesanti come trazioni facilitate, piegamenti sulle braccia ecc ecc Parlo da personal trainer questo è il mio consiglio, Tanto è vero che ho preso un elastico di una marca diversa per fare degli esercizi contro una minore resistenza.
