A simple, unique and effective piece of equipment. Gets to the deepest knots under shoulder blades, traps, neck and down your back . ### ⭐ Terrible and Dangerous- please read

I have just sent this back. I had high hopes and used it according to instructions. I have a narrow frame and found it incredibly uncomfortabe during and after. It set me back so badly for several days at a time, and my chiro doc needed to put me back together. I actually suspect some of the damage is serious and warrants an x-ray. My 5th rib is in an unnatural position and while I am able to pop it back into position, the surrounding muscles and fascia remain a painful mess. I have several extremely good one-size-fits-all pieces of equipment. The only prize this gets is that it's the very worst. I'm glad to be sending it back and look forward to the refund.
