It’s a huge upgrade from an old-fashioned air mattress—slender, lightweight, and it folds down into a compact bundle that easily fits in a suitcase. It inflates quickly and easily, and when it’s time to pack up, it deflates just as fast. Even better: it actually folds back up without a fight and slips back into the carrying bag with no trouble.Comfort-wise, this pad surprised me. I spent a lot of the summer traveling and sleeping on different (often too-firm) beds, and I wanted something that could add cushion without taking up much space. I tested this by laying it on the floor and it felt supportive without creating pressure points. And no leaks! Durable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had to blow it up with mouth, built in pump not pumping *by on Reviewed in the United States June 28, 2024* I was bummed at first bc the built in pump did not work at all. No amount of stepping on, squeezing, pressing etc. was ever going to get this sleep pad pumped up. HOWEVER, it was relatively easy to blow up like a pool float, and really only took a few puffs. And then, at its actual job of softening the various sleep surfaces, it excelled. It’s narrow enough to stay put and turn a night on an uncomfortable couch into a solid 7 hours of sleep. It stays inflated all night on a deck, on a forest floor, in a hammock—all the places I’ve tried it. It deflates beautifully fast, and packs down into its carrying bag with only a little wrangling.
