It's not too overpowering, it has a freshness to it. I have left my review for a while as I wanted to test out the cream. I have found that my skin is loving it. I do at times suffer with acne, so I wanted to test to see if it would cause any issues. The good news is, it hasn't. In fact, any acne I did have, has cleared up. I am not exaggerating. It smells good , it's smooth and rich but not too greasy, a little goes a long way so don't be put off by the small jar. My skin looks radiant and has a nice tone to it, I wake up and my fine lines are diminished every day .As to the packaging - luxurious, beautiful and no plastic! I'm going to feel bad to discard the jar as it's so nice, with the bamboo lid.
