It's amazing - I was going to get Optimum Nutrition but I saw this for a cheaper price and the way it has been advertised and the name I just wanted to try this. And believe me this is something to pick up if you want a lot of protein. I chose the strawberry cream flavour and some reviews say it's a bit sweet and I agree but the sweetness won't take you away it's a great add on. You don't want to taste a tasteless shake right? Tastes like sucking watery plastic through a strawberry. I've used many weight gain powders over the years and a 1000 calorie shake is usually hard to drink due to its thickness, this is hard to drink because it's disgusting. I think this is being sold with misleading info. Personally I doubt I'll even bother to finish it.
