Straight away these pans scratched easily, and very soon the screw holding the handle on started to to rust. Then, last night, a full pan of boiling water, rice and peas - the handle fell off. Boiling water everywhere. This is very, very dangerous. These pans are poorly made and should be withdrawn from sale. Far. far better are the anodised pans available from Dunelm Mill.
