It is not made out of material that the pigs can eat, which already puts it above most of the competition, but it is also very sturdy, and attaches very easily to our pen, and it has a very versatile attachment mechanism (you screw on a peg that holds it on to the frame of a pen wall or cage). It’s actually quite durable—it survives the occasional "hangry" nibble without issues. Once it's hooked on, the stability is great; it doesn't wobble or slide around when they're tugging at a stubborn strand. Most importantly, the design is excellent for spill prevention.
