Look in the box for the small "owners manual". the writing is a little larger and easy to follow. I was about to give up until I read that manual. Setting the date and time was easy and the volume control went to 5. You can hear well on that number. I like the answering machine and phone are on one unit. I takes up less space on my table. I ordered the Black one and it looks great. Numbers are easily read. You can store numbers on this phone for speed dial but I like to type the numbers in each time (so I remember them). When a call is received, the phone will also vocally tell you who and number that is calling. So far I am happy with this choice I made.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ One major flaw, but otherwise a good phone

I bought this phone set for a friend who has dementia. The big flaw is that the middle button blocks the person who is calling!!! I had to put a bright sticker over that button that said “no!” The delete button should be a small button, put elsewhere, not front and center. Other than that the phone works well and is reasonably priced.
