Checked out the enclosed video link, and followed the instructions. They are a bit fiddly to fit, but once you get the hang of it they went on just fine. Make sure you pull on the pad and rubber 'skirt' together to make sure you don't split them. Not sure how long they'll last but I'm happy with my purchase and would get again if required in the future. Review: Not that difficult to fit - I reviewed the video on You Tube from AHG before attempting to fit the new pads. I am not saying it was easy, but using the techniques demonstrated in the video, ie pressing down on the area of pad which had been fitted, then working slowly around until the whole pad slipped into position. The only difference being I started from the bottom rather than the top. Worked for me. As for comfort & quality - as good as the originals. My old pads were beige and blue, whereas the replacements are black with blue L & R. It would have been nice to purchase pads in the original colour but as you can see from the photos, they don't look bad at all. The price was also very competitive compared to Bose replacements. ## Features - RESTORE YOUR SOUNDLINK ON-EAR HEADPHONES - Bring your SoundLink On Ear headphones back to life with AHG Accessory House Global premium on ear wireless replacement ear pads. Your serial number ends in 'AE', that stands for 'Around-Ear'. Send me a pic of the headphones and I can send you the correct link. **Q: do these fit qc series 2?** A: No, these are much to small. You want these ear pads: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00ZDVZEU2?ref=myi_title_dp Thanks **Q: I have Bose on ear soundlink blue tooth headphones with blue L&R on. Blue not available so I bought cushions with Grey L&R on . Will they fit please** A: Hello, currently the only ear pads I offer that will fit soundlink on-ear headphones are the blue L&R version or the black OE2 version (no L&R). It sounds like you purchased my Qc3 ear pads with grey L&R. Those do not attach the same way as they use a plastic frame instead of skirting. The Soundlink on-ear ear pads are back in stock as of the weekend. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fit Really Well *by M***S on 12 October 2024* Feel a nice quality and certainly cheaper than from Bose directly. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not that difficult to fit *by C***N on 3 December 2018* I reviewed the video on You Tube from AHG before attempting to fit the new pads. It would have been nice to purchase pads in the original colour but as you can see from the photos, they don't look bad at all. The price was also very competitive compared to Bose replacements. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well made, nice looking and should be durable. Not the easist to fit, but worth the effort. *by A***T on 23 September 2019* I bought these to replace the ear pads on my Bose OE headphones, obviously! My headphones are an older model OE than any of those shown in the product info but I judged that the pads would probably still fit and took a chance. Prompt delivery etc so no problems there. I watched the installation video as per advice of the manufacturers (handy link provided in the package) and was aware of the poor reviews that the product had received based on the difficult some users had with installation. The video is great, well made, easy to understand and, as it turned out, about as much use to me as a chocolate fireguard. My headphones don't have the handy little slot shown in the video that allows one to just slide the new pads on. That didn't stop me trying for a very frustrating 2 hours though. :) In short, the product is good, well made and possibly perfect if your headphones are the newer Bose OE type. If not, then good luck because you're on your own. I managed to get the new pads on but it involved the removal of parts of the headphone which were held on with very delicate plastic clips which I doubt were ever designed to be removed. That said, if you are careful and methodical, it's actually very straightforward and definitely easier than the method shown in the video. Remove cover plate carefully, slot inside new ear pads, clip cover plate and attached ear pad back on to the unit. Looks factory and works perfectly. All in all, I hope I never need new ear pads again but if I do, I''l be buying another set of these. I just wish, I'd filmed my method for others to follow. ## Frequently Bought Together - AHG Premium Replacement SoundLink OE Pads Cushions Compatible with Bose SoundLink On-Ear Wireless Headphones, On-Ear Wireless, On-Ear 2 & SoundTrue On-Ear - Soft, Great Comfort + Durability (Black) - AHG Premium SoundLink AE2 Ear Pads Cushions Compatible with Bose SoundLink AE2 / Bose SoundLink Around Ear ii Wireless Headphones (Black).
