After a month of daily usage I am happy to comment
I did a fair amount of research before buying. This one looked good from an engineering point of view, even went to a few stores to check the actual units. There were a few negative reviews but I decided to proceed with the purchase. One of the better decision I have made. For my required use this unit is fantastic! Its quite expensive but if it lasts and it is good technology then I would consider it worth the price. However I did want to answer some of the negative reviews for the benefit of others who might be considering purchasing. Everyone is entitled to their views of course but so am I!First I am mostly a fruit person ( I mean that literally... no puns please! ), I intend to move to vegetables as well but I bought for fruit so my comments, at the moment, relate to this.Rule number one for anything that contains raw fruit pith and bits. Wash up before you drink.... if you remove the bits immediately this unit will very likely last for a long time, if not you will constantly be trying to remove glued on bits of fruit... a long and thankless task even for a dishwasher. Also something very nice about sitting down to a drink with no cleaning up to do afterwards!Use the included brush to clean the cutting and filtering metal gauze. It is imperative you clean this straight away otherwise efficiency will deteriorate very quickly.Rinse everything first in cold water then wash in warm soapy water then rinse again in cold. As a result no dishwasher needed.... whatever they say dishwashers ruin the plastic bits. I have had several food processors that are testament to this.If you don't like the bits in fruit juice, leave it in a glass or china jug in the fridge for a while and it will separate! (Not rocket science) I personally love the bits, makes me feel like I am really drinking a fruit juice! Before taking the jug from the machine take off the lid and turn the little rubber spout to point upwards.... no drips or limited drips.Don't overload the hopper, don't over fill the output jug and run at lowest speed you can get away with.By the way I am not an employee of the supplier! I am just an engineer who likes well made kitchen technology.

Not worth the money
Looks great in your kitchen but is poorly designed and fails to live up to the price tag. I've now had 2 of these from Amazon. The first started to splatter fruit all over my kitchen so they swapped it for me. The second whilst it doesn't splatter as much, still does it and has now developed a fault 2 months in. What used to be a slightly noisy juicer now sounds like a petrol strimmer that would spontaneously obliterate anything in its path. The juicer itself is made really well, sturdy metals and a sleek design but that's really where it ends. The blade simply spins so fast even on level 1 that it causes all the juice to froth and seperate too quickly. I've never had any need to use levels 3-5 as its that powerful. Yes I knew it wasn't a slow press machine before I bought it, however the pace of this thing is too much for solo apples and cucumbers. The plastic tub at the rear is where this design really fails. The pulp fires backwards at warp speed and gets stuck in the plastic curved top from the juicer and the flimsy grey container. Both my juicers had a small gap so that when this super sonic fruit is chucked out, it scatters all over my wall and rest of the kitchen. Such a shame it's got this flawed design as the juicer is the best looking one I've seen, but there are probably better ones for half the money around.

Great product but flawed
Ok this is a great machine of that there is no doubt. The quality and look of it is exceptional. However cleaning it is an absolute chore and a total pain. It makes really great tasting and healthy juices, which is great and for a good few months I raved about it. However after a while the awful cleaning process and the amount of time it takes, just gets to you and I quit using it. I've went back to my blender instead, which is a million times easier and quicker to clean. All in all a good product but let down massively, by such an awkward and time consuming process to clean it. If they figure out a way to make this machine far easier and quicker to clean it would be a top end product and they'd be on to a winner. It's still a great juicer though nonetheless but the cleaning process makes it difficult to recommend. If you want great tasting juices and a high quality product though and can don't mind putting in effort and time to clean it, then it's great. Otherwise look for something a bit easier to clean (if one exists).

I won’t buy it again
At the begging great impression of the juicer however later on the juices are not as clear as at the first uses. Also it does not work as on advertisements on YouTube or anywhere else: it can easily splash your walls if you just put anything in it without the pause. Therefore if you do not want your walls in the kitchen repaint again and again then after each step of putting fruits or vegetables in it needs to stop working (put in stand by) then put the fruit or vegetables in and turn it on and again the same cycle. Quite irritating. It is too loud and cannot use it while the child is sleeping or in early morning or late evenings with respect to neighbours.Washing is difficult because it is too bulky therefore need a lot of space. It is true you can save a minute or 2 when making the juice on the one hand however you will lose more time by washing on the other hand, compared to slow masticating juicer. It is definitely not good for green leaves as you won’t get much of it.In general, the juice tastes nice however that foam being produced by speedy juicing on top of the juice is disgusting. I personally put that foam straight to the sink. Will I buy it again? After six months of frequent use, my answer will be no. I won’t do the same mistake. I am looking for slow juicer at the moment.
