Filled to recommended marks. What am I doing wrong?** A: This is due to the water getting into the threads before it freezes. Unfortunately every time you pour out the coffee, the water inside goes right into the threads. They could design the threads to be water tight, but that isnt the case currently so we just have to deal with spinning top and water gushing into our coffee. **Q: Does this fit under a Keurig mini?** A: No it wouldn't fit under the brew spout of that machine to our knowledge. Most full size single cup brewers it can - the product is 6.75" tall so with clearance greater than that it's in the clear. **Q: How easy or difficult is it to clean? How do you clean it?** A: It is very easy to clean. I clean it a few times a week. Couldn't be simpler, just unscrew it and throw in the in the dishwasher. **Q: Can anyone tell me how long it needs to be in the freezer to be ready for use? Or offer replacement lids. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Must Have for Iced Drinks *by M***E on 26 June 2026* I absolutely love this and it's a necessity for anybody who likes iced drinks. The upgrade to the stainless steel outer is highly recommended. I previously purchased 3 of the plastic ones (one for my daughter, one for my office and one for home) and both of mine cracked. The company replaced the first one without any hassle but when the second one cracked I didn't want to replace it with another plastic one and ordered the stainless steel. Because I put sugar in my coffee I brew into a cup, add the sugar and then pour into this container. Let it sit or I swirl it around for a minute, then pour over ice. The ice doesn't melt and water down the coffee. This thing is just absolutely brilliant!
