It glows in the dark.Pieces were easy to remove from the boards - much easier on my hands compared to the wooden models.Build was easy but care is needed because it is made from a plastic coated cardboard type material which is easy to bend - had to use glue on two places because I was not careful enough and the joint broke.Instructions were good but could have been even better - noticed two parts not properly mentioned but they were obvious.Hours of fun making it - good value for money. I would definitely buy others simply for the activity (its a very stress relieving and rewarding exercise) but am not that keen on sailing ships. I am also not sure we have the space to put the finished beasts. The attention to detail is amazing.
