Neither key worked.
I bought this item twice. Two keys in each package. None of the four keys worked in either Doorking system I have, when the genuine key works flawlessly. Waste of money.

Worked for me
It took some force to get the key in and turning, but it eventually loosened up. I'm not sure if it was the lock or the key, but it did work for me despite the other negative reviews

Do not buy!!
What an absolute waste of money this purchase was. These DoorKing keys do not work, period! I tried multiple DKS boxes and the bottom line is the cut of these keys is just a little off, close but no cigar. Buyer beware.

Doesn't work
i tried using this and it worked only once. After that, no matter how much i fiddled with the device, it would not open.
