Purchased for person after heart surgery. Not pleased with shipping. Took 7days after Amazon promised time to arrive and all three boxes not together.

My bones were cold, I was out in the rain and cold. When I got home I just couldn't get warm, I got in my chair, turned on the heat and massage. Then I felt better.

It's comfortable and all, but I like to sit up and have my feet up at the same time. If your feet are up, you have to recline with it. I hate that. The arms are real fluffy too, so if you need some sturdy to grab hold to to get up without always lifting up in the chair, it's difficult.

I initially got so mad when the chair was dropped off and not assembled. I put it together for my dad three days later and it took 30 min tops. Easy and lovely

We had an issue with this original seat portion of the chair. I contacted the seller and they sent me a new seat within a few days. So far everything is working fine.

This recliner is soft and comfortable. The seat is nice and wide. The massage is a nice feature. I like it. The only thing that isn't perfect for me is it's a little low to the ground when fully tucked in, so when you engage the lift you have to plant your feet well, or you get the sensation that you could be dumped on the floor if your legs are weak. Now that could just be because of my very large (but short) body, but I imagine it might be an issue with someone who is very frail, too. Just something to consider.

Bought for my mother. This chair is awesome! Arrived in 3 boxes. Easy to assemble - I put it together by myself. The motor is smooth, the vibration is awesome and doesn’t beat you up. The lift is great and smooth. My mom is plus size and it has not problem holding or lifting her. Very very happy with the purchase. She love the chair and the massage option helps with her back pain. Very smooth transaction and am happy with the purchase.

I ordered this because it covered my size and weight. The seller was awesome through it all. The chair was delayed getting to me. When it arrived on of the cup holders was jammed and I never could get it to come down. I don’t use the cup holder as it is really out of reach to be comfortable. The things I found which I didn’t catch before ordering, the back and foot are on one control, there is no separate control for each. The “Massage” is not really a massage but a vibration. There is no USB port which my old chair had. Also there is no back up battery available. I actually did get stuck in my chair a while back when our electricity went out due to a storm. I didn’t receive any paperwork with it. The seller said they were in the process of updating it and they would email it to me….I am still waiting for it.The chair is comfortable but would I buy it again?? No I would not!!
