I'm a retired chef, 45 years preparing some fine meals, I really think Certified Black Angus beef is top of the line, definitely prime grade, and the Grumpy Butcher aged these steaks to protection. I truly believe you get what you pay for, my experience has been nothing less than excellent. I definitely will be buying more and I really recommend Grumpy Butcher for that special meal. I'm very impressed. NICE JOB.

Tested both & had a hard time picking a favorite. even flipped a coin😂 the filet was soft & lean while the strip had just the right amount of fat. filet is thick, so make sure to cook it longer
