You will enter this experience as a group of civilians trapped in a besieged and conflict-ridden city, enduring many hardships that often test the essence of humanity. Your goal is to SURVIVE until the cessation of war hostilities. During your struggle as the survivors, you will experience dramas connected with making extremely difficult decisions and choices (you will have to face the consequences of your actions sooner or later in the playthrough). Survival itself will often prove not to be enough. The price each of you will decide to pay, might be too high in the final outcome. So the goal is really to survive in a way that will let you live on with the decisions you made. Experience the simulation of a struggle for survival as a group of civilians facing a blind and merciless war. In war, not everyone is a soldier. ## Features - This War Of Mine: The Board Game is the table top adaptation of the award-winning video game that pictures the drama of civilians trapped in a war-torn city - TWOM: The Board Game features a multiplayer experience for up to 6 players, as well as a solo variant - Experience the simulation of a struggle for survival as a group of civilians facing a blind and merciless war - 45 to 120 Minutes Playing Time - Ages 18+ ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B071ZTQVYV | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #252,561 in Toys & Games ( See Top 100 in Toys & Games ) #6,032 in Board Games (Toys & Games) | | Brand Name | Ares Games | | CPSIA Cautionary Statement | Choking Hazard - Small Parts, No Warning Applicable | | Color | Multi-colored | | Customer Package Type | Standard Packaging | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 4.7 out of 5 stars (277) | | Edition | Standard Edition | | Educational Objective | Promoting empathy, critical thinking, and reflection on the human condition in times of conflict. | | Estimated Playing Time | 120 minutes | | Genre | Wargame | | Global Trade Identification Number | 05902259204008 | | Included Components | Board games pieces | | Indoor Outdoor Usage | Indoor | | Item Dimensions | 2.76 x 11.81 x 11.81 inches | | Item Type Name | Board game | | Item Weight | 5.1 pounds | | Manufacturer | This War of Mine | | Manufacturer Part Number | EN_TWM01 | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | No Warranty | | Manufacturer recommended age | 18 years and up | | Material Type | Paper | | Minimum Age Recomendation | 216 | | Model Number | EN_TWM01 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Number of Players | 1 to 6 Players | | Operation Mode | manual | | Rulebook Availability | No Rulebook | | Set Name | This War of Mine | | Size | One Size | | Subject Character | This War of Mine | | Supported Battery Types | No Batteries Required | | Theme | war Game | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Images ![Ares Games This War of Mine: The Board Game - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/719xxRDCYYL.jpg) ## Frequently Bought Together - Ares Games This War of Mine: The Board Game - Ares Games This War of Mine: Tales from The Ruined City–A Board Game 1-6 Players–Board Games for Family 45-120 Minutes of Gameplay–Games for Family Game Night–for Ages 18+ - English Version --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sc/products/53104222-ares-games-this-war-of-mine-the-board-game](https://www.desertcart.sc/products/53104222-ares-games-this-war-of-mine-the-board-game) --- *Product available on Desertcart Seychelles* *Store origin: SC* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
