I have a 1999 Lexus GS300 and taking apart the air intake to get to the throttle body was easy. From here I followed the instructions on the can, a few YouTube videos for cleaning these components on my exact car, and a video from CRC. Super easy, took all of maybe 25-30 minutes and cut through all the dirt and grime build up. Fixed a rough idle problem I had, as well as made my car more responsive and smoother. I can't say it added horsepower, but the responsiveness has definitely improved! The MAF Sensor Cleaner is safe on plastics, so I actually cleaned the inside of my whole intake with it!
