Tai Hao PBT Double Shot Set Sunshine US ANSI+ISO Keycap

Overall I was really pleased with this set given the price. Personally, I think the colour looks great and is subtle enough to look smooth and consistent while being noticeable enough to obviously be a gradient from bottom to top. Furthermore, despite not being shine through caps, their use on a backlit keyboard has not been an aesthetic issue, and gives a cool looking halo effect. The only key where there is blocky/weird glow is the + key on the keypad, which can be seen in the dark picture. Beyond just the aesthetics, they feel quality, thanks to being made from PBT and being double shot (the legends are all made of black plastic, presumably PBT).The set had full ISO-UK keys, supplied in an anti-static bag (not sure why, but certainly not complaining), but still had the full ANSI keyset, so would work for any US layout keyboards as well. On top of this, the set also came with a textured and rubberized number 6 key (pictured below), which was a nice extra, although I decided not to use it as I neither touch-type numbers, nor game particularly. On top of this, there was also a nice 1.25 U Tai Hao 1962 keycap, which I opted not to use but is also pictured below, and a 1U Tai Hao keycap, which I opted to use in place of a calculator macro key. Sadly, no media keys were supplied, but equally, they were never mentioned as being supplied, so I can put this as a negative, just something to be aware of.I really have only found one issue with this set, and I don't really know whether the keycap is to blame or whether it is the fault of my notoriously problematic cherry stabilisers. As you can see in the photo of my board attached, I am still using my black space-bar off the original Ducky keyboard set. This is because I simply could not get the space bar cap from the Tai Hao set to fit properly, with it failing to actuate (getting stuck down) whenever it was pressed. However, as mentioned, I suspect this is the fault of my keyboard, rather than the Tai Hao keycap, so I don’t hold this against the set. In general, other than this, the fit of the keys has been fine with only the F and Y keys seeming to sit a little higher than the others upon careful inspection, but this isn't noticeable unless you really look.

Pros- Key caps feel extremely durable, amazing PBT quality. Great grain effect when typing.- The look- Extremely quick delivery from Bosse Direct, was expecting it to take 5 days but was next day with DPD. Comparing this to buying straight from Tai-Hao (more expensive and likely take at least 2-3 weeks)- No problems fitting keycaps on my durgod k320 TKLCons- Expensive but it's a niche product

Woah! Colours and great fee on the keys! I have only had it a day and I wonder the use on the keys once used awhile ! Placed them on my ducky shine 3 keyboard and boom! They bling !
