This printer looks good, is well made, quiet and easy to set up. However, I have discovered a major design flaw with the vertical runners...they move due to length and small diameter. The result is an uneven print, especially when printing large or tall parts. For me, this is an easy fix but for someone inexperienced, I would look elsewhere.

I received this printer a couple days ago, I have printed almost non-stop on it, and everything is looking amazing! The only fault I found is the leveling adjustment nuts ae absolutely rubbish! The thread on the nuts do not fit the threaded bar at all! After I fitted some decent nuts on there it levels perfectly and all is well!

I've had my printer less than a year and it's already broken. Despite the fact that the listing says it has a 2 year warranty they're still telling me it's no longer under warranty. Absolutely disgusting service.

This printer is an excellent product, the build quality is first class and is so easy to use. I have several printers in use all of which have their good and bad points but, although I have only had the A5 for a short time I have not found any bad points.It is packed with features such as the filament auto feed, filament out sensor, resume after power fail, bed levelling assistant etc.The touch screen is a dream to use and the use of standard USB memory sticks instead of the normally tricky to handle micro SD cards makes for a perfect user experience.The customer service is also excellent.The supplied software is adequate but I have recently invested in Simplify 3D and have noted a significant increase in print qualityI thoroughly recommend this printer.

This printer is fantastic. Big build plate, smooth and as silent as can be for a 3d printer. The service from these guys is awesome as well. I had recently bought two cr-10's one after the other and had to send them back through faulty extruder/thermostat's. This printer came through the door, was opened, 4 screws put in place, and was printing in 10 minutes. Really love this machine. The build plate is huge (305x305x320) compared to my FF finder (140x140x140). Happy days ahead. Don't waste your money on a cr-10 that will probably be delivered in a faulty state or will develop the dreaded 'temp error's' in a few weeks. This is the printer to buy hands down.

Such amazing help from the team when there's a problem on the machine, they are quick to solve the problem and give you the parts required.

At first found bed leveling a bit difficult as the bed has four adjusters and my previous one had 3. But once I had sorted bed leveling found it to be a awesome printer. Pla/ abs/and now flexible filament all works great. The software supplied is easy to use and gives great prints. Comes with USB dongle. And better than normal sd cards. In all this is the best printer I've used love it. Highly recommend.
