Had a problem with a rip on one off seat pads and contacted Julien Bowen.New pad sent within a few days.Chairs are self assembly and a bit fiddly to put together but everything lined up well and they feel well made.Altogether good value and excellent service.

While I can say these are good sturdy chairs, I did not like the white paper stickers which were used and proved very hard to remove. Also for the cost it would have been nice if the seats were available in other colours instead of just brown. On another matter as the chairs are delivered in pairs, why couldn't they be prebuilt, with only the seats to be added, they would still weigh the same! I didn't use this service, but having to pay for the chairs to be assembled in the home I thought was a rip off. It was only because I needed sturdy chairs urgently, that I chose them
