This product is quality made and I love the color. Review: Pretty in pink - First off it was packaged amazing! I was most worried about how it was going to arrive. It's double boxed! I got the short 4 ft bar so that I can do workouts in my living room which is a small space. I'm 5'4" and I can still do dead lifts, curls, and squats with this smaller bar. I feel that if your looking to have serious weight on your bar-- go bigger or go to a gym. This Is a solid bar,not one of those that you twist together & hope it doesn't come apart mid lift. When I am at the point of committing to a full garage gym I will be buying the bigger bar from this brand! Plus it's pink! I know it's silly but it just makes me smile looking at my pretty pink bar. Update July 2026. I have upgraded to a full garage gym..but this short pink bar is still going strong! I now use it for hip-thrusts and curls. Its handy to be able to just grab this lil guy and do smaller movements with out the rack.. And its still just as pink as it was 3 years ago! ## Features - 【High Quality & Extremely Solid】Made of A3 solid steel, capable of holding up to 330lbs weight plates and absorbing heavy pressure, offering maximum support and safety during intense powerlifting. - 【 Moderate Knurl& Durable Coating】With a medium depth knurling, it has plenty of knurl for your heavy lifts, but not a shark tooth knurl that rips up your hands for higher rep workouts. Can also be used as a traditional barbell. A great addition to your weight room, an excellent choice for a home gym. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0BF4PGXV2 | | Best Sellers Rank | #91,971 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #180 in Strength Training Bars | | Brand | POWER GUIDANCE | | Brand Name | POWER GUIDANCE | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 53 Reviews | | Finish Type | Chrome | | Grip Size | 28 millimeters | | Grip Type | Knurled | | Item Dimensions L x W | 47"L x 1.1"W | | Item Weight | 10 kg | | Material | Alloy Steel | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Part Number | PG-JPAG | | Product Dimensions | 47"L x 1.1"W | | Shaft Length | 32.3 inches | | Sleeve Length | 6.7 inches | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Weight Capacity Maximum | 330 pounds | ## Product Details - **Brand:** POWER GUIDANCE - **Finish Type:** Chrome - **Grip Size:** 28 millimeters - **Grip Type:** Knurled - **Item Weight:** 10 kg - **Material:** Alloy Steel - **Product Dimensions:** 47"L x 1.1"W - **Shaft Length:** 32.3 inches - **Sleeve Length:** 6.7 inches - **Weight Limit:** 330 pounds ## Images ![Chrome Olympic Barbell Bar, 2 Inch Weight Bar for lifting, Hip Thrusts,Universal Strength Training Bars 4ft/5ft/6ft - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61D4A5mBlIL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Style** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: How much the bar weights ?
