The packaging came with a QR code for instructions on how to use the case. It also came with a very NICE microfiber cloth. I will say, the case is larger than I expected but that is not a big deal for me, it’s perfect size to put stickers on it, as a way to personalize it. The case itself seems very sturdy and I think it may be waterproof or water-resistant. Once the AirPods are in the case, the latch closes nice and snug. There is a rubber seal over the charging port that opens and closes in a very convenient and sturdy way. The case has a large, rubber button in the spot that covers the Bluetooth-connection-button. The carabiner it came with is also on the large-side as well, but that too is fine by me. I’m somewhat of a carabiner/clip collector, so I’m using the one it came with on my key chain, and I put one of my smaller ones on the case. Overall, if you want a dependable case, as AirPod Pros are not cheap, this case is for you. The price is just right in my opinion. UPDATE: I’ve had this case for over a year now and it is still stupendous! I had a small issue with the latch that locks the case, however, I contacted customer service, and they were EXTREMELY supportive, and helped me immediately! Great product, great company!
