This is a really nice chair and sink! Good quality. The only downfall is the recliner is not intended for tall people. Ha! I was really disappointed with my Polar Aurora Backwash Chair Adjustable ABS Plastic Shampoo Bowl. When it arrived, there was a noticeable scratch on the shampoo bowl and a rip in the chair. For a brand-new product, I expected it to be in perfect condition. While the chair itself seems functional and comfortable, the damage right out of the box was frustrating and made it feel lower quality. I hope the company improves its packaging and quality control in the future.
