Sadly within 48 hours I lost 2 of the pegs that holds it in place in the plughole. No idea how they came out. Emailed the supplier to see if they do spare pegs but a week on and no reply. Pity because apart from the easy to lose pegs it's a nice product.**update**The company got in touch with me and sent me out not only a set of replacement pegs but also another new strainer as a goodwill gesture. I put the replacement pegs in the original strainer and sadly after a couple of days 2 of them were missing again. The company have said they will look into this. I have glued the pegs into the new strainer and so far it seems to be working. 10/10 for customer service so have increased my original score up to 4 stars. ### ⭐⭐ Doesnt work if you use a washing up bowl *by T***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 20 November 2017* I put this in the sink after the recommeded reviews, and i still use a washing up bowl.
