Unfortunately the bike I got was a fluke and did not turn on. I have a medical condition that has made it really hard to send it back as it is quite heavy. But they worked with me and I am just awaiting my refund. They have been easy to communicate with and I am happy they worked with me on trying to get this all done. I’ve worked very hard trying to get this back. It is very heavy. But they helped me and said I did not have to keep trying to get the bike apart and they would refund me. Due to my having hydrocephalus, it is not allowing me to dismantle and get this in the box to send back. I’m very appreciative that they did that for me. Their customer service has been excellent and extremely helpful.

As usual for products from china, it was a great deal. Quality is top notch. Looks fantastic. The back rack is a must - I added collapsible saddle bags. Assembly instructions suck but eventually they get you through - I had to go through a couple of steps twice -on, off, on again. I'm getting 25 or more miles per charge. Top speed is 24.5 mph downhill and 22 mph uphill, 24 mph flat. Once you learn the quirks its very smooth. Like all ebikes, a little on the heavy side. Adding to this review after 100 miles - I ride on the street in the bike lane and I have had two flat tires already. Both from street sweeper steel bristles. I an upgrading tires and tubes to puncture resistant at $75 each (front and back) for tire and tube.

I love this thing, arrived in just a few days. Was easy to assemble. I’m around 200lbs and using this around the farm and it works great off road and on road. Even my 70 year old dad got in it took it for a spin. Great for hobbies but even better for hunting!!!!

Overall, I really like this bike so far. I had a little difficulty with the derailer when I put it together. After some adjustments it was alright. Putting it together was about the same as a regular bike. Best to watch the video on You Tube for instructions though. I'm about 325lb and this bike has no problems getting me around. The ride was smooth and stable, even at it's highest speed (about 23mph). After a ton of research into getting the best ebike I could afford, I'm confident I made a good choice.

Bike arrived early and was exactly like what was advertised. It came 90% assembled and the instructions were easy to read. I recommend this bike.
