Bad customer service
Product arrived with "laugh" tile repeated. Immediately contacted seller requesting a refund. The seller sent numerous emails, firstly offering 10% refund so I didn't have to return it and then 20% refund without returning it. I had no issues with returning the item however expected a full refund for a faulty item. It took me saying I would raise it further with Amazon for them to give a full refund (didn't ask for it to be returned so I binned it). Terrible customer service!

Basically we're a a uni flat of middle aged women because we have two.... We gather round them everyday as a flat and chant " We Live, We Laugh, and we MUST Love". We've got noise compliants, but it will never stop us from living, laughing, and loving. <3

A timely reminder
Thank Christ for this sign. I can be forgetful at the best of times, but at least there are now three things I can be confident of remembering, and that really is a great comfort to me.
