Great source of iron and not terrible tasting
Highly bioavailable iron and pretty tasty.You can still taste iron but it’s not so bad. I just drink water afterwardsThe dose could be higher. A teaspoon is 9mg iron

Very good way to get more iron throughout day
Not the highest dose but I’m anaemic and take iron a few times a day for better absorption. The pills can only do so much so I use this once or twice a day and over six months have been able to get my levels up quite a bit. It’s very slow and takes time, especially ferritin. I like the convenience of this and believe it has better absorption than the tablets.
