Slipping into these made me feel snug and comforted all day and all night for an entire weekend, indoors. I'll definitely be wearing them out and about, although I'll need to get a longer coat as these become wonderfully bulky when they've absorbed a lot of pee-pee; you can't compress water so that volume gets retained in these highly effective nappy pants. It'll be wonderful to not worry where the nearest gents loo is.The sticky tape works very well. Just make sure you don't get your greasy fingers on the sticky stuff, and press in firmly for a few seconds, and don't do them up tight. The adhesive bonds with the nappy so removal is a one time shot only, as the adhesive tears off a layer. Not that I wanted to take them off - I found them quite addictive.I'm a 32"/33" waist (male) and found this medium size only just reached. If I was any larger I'd have to use sellotape to do them up, so I'll be buying large next time. Those will be even more comforting - can't wait! Even though a little undersized for me they stood up to my indoor trial and my bum hugging jeans were almost ripping at the seams due to the expansion - the tapes held firmly and not a single dribble from the legs. It's such a nice sensation to feel safe and cozy.This pack of 22 comes shipped in a box and the slips are covered with a tight polythene bag and they are packed very tightly. This causes the wadding to become compressed/cardboard like, so simply hold each side and rough them up a bit, in and out, down the entire length and they become nice and soft.I haven't experimented with solids yet but the deep gusset should accommodate, although I'd probably want my plastic cover pants on too, just to be on the safe side.All in all these are highly effective adult nappy pants. I'd recommend them whether you need to wear them, or simply enjoy wearing this type of undergarment for that cozy babyish feeling.

These pads have definitely been created to do the job well. Worn through the night there are no leaks, they are comfortable to wear and do not leave the skin damp. Highly recommended

I have ordered this product before and find them very good. I will order again when I need more.

Very absorbent, good fit (men) comfortable to wear all day and takes a lot of liquid, sags quite badly when its nearly full but didnt find that it rubbed, good boxers keep it more in place. A little noisey when walking but I don't think anyone would really notice.
