!!! THIS IS THE ONE YOU WANT !!!
Pleased with purchase. I tend to think most these products are over priced. I had a difficult time hitting the button but am happy that I did. This trailer is just what I needed. I use it behind my Polaris S4 900. It’s perfectly suited for my needs. I have 40 acres of a mix of flat and sloping land. The dual wheel, single axel configuration smooths the ride over rocky, uneven terrain. The reviewer complaint about the nonstandard tire size should be heeded and eventually I suspect I will be faced with the same issue. I have started looking for replacement options so as to be ready for when that time comes. For now I am please.I’ve been trying to get by using a John Deere 7 bushel polypropylene trailer. It is suited to moving light loads such as grass, leaves or two or three bags of dirt from a big box store but not loading it down with rocks, lumber or post.Assembly was pretty straight forward and not difficult. The grease fitting issue mentioned in many of the reviews is apparently universal. I packed the wheels with grease prior to installing them. I tried to “top” the grease off after installing the wheels. The zerks pulled out or broke off. Plan on the same problem with yours if you purchase this workhorse. Deduct one star for this known problem. (Hey! How about fixing the problem?)I lined the bottom and sides of my trailer with a livestock mat cut to size to provide a cushion against damage (see photos). I secured them with nuts, bolts and oversized washers. I am pleased the results and protection it provides the bottom and sidewalls. All in all this is well designed and well built, grease zerks withstanding.I would purchase this unit again without hesitation even knowing its shortcomings (grease zerks and unique tire size).

Fast delivery, nice trailer
Fast delivery, had no issues assembling the unit. Have used it for a few weeks towing it with my Side by side. works great and is strongly constructed. You will need at least 2 tubes of grease for the wheel bearings, and I suggest a 2 inch ball adapter for towing other than a lawn mower.

Nice cart for the price - updated review
The cart is finally assembled and ready to go for Spring time usage. Assembly wasn't too difficult and over all it seems to be well built. I agree with everyone else, the wheels for this unit could have been better planned out, as you will have to jack up the trailer and take the wheels off in order to get to the grease nipples for each wheel as the nipples are all inaccessible once the cart is assembled, so do your best to put as much grease in the wheel hub before securing the wheels to the cart. The good thing is, that the stems for the tires are accessible....the outside tires are obviously much easier to access than the inside tires.Lastly, I recommend considering a few other items to complete the install such as: a ball coupler, a trailer jack and chocks. Unless you plan on just using a pin to secure your cart to your ATV, you will want to get a ball coupler. I chose to get the ball coupler and will also attach a chain to it to ensure that it remains coupled to my ATV, as I will be hauling a water tank on the back roads and want to be able to tow it safely. I am also getting a trailer jack (with a stationary foot) so that I can park the trailer level when I use it in conjunction with hauling a water tank....and of course it's always good to be safe, so get a couple of inexpensive Harbor Freight chocks to have on hand....safety first!

Awesome trailer. Very solid and heavy duty
Awesome trailer. Very solid and heavy duty. There was one 60 cent grease fitting missing from the kit, but otherwise everything was there and went together perfectly. It definitely helped that I had a forklift to put the frame on, and do the assembly standing up rather than on the ground. You need two full tubes of grease for the hubs.... Also, there are a total of 8 wheels 4 pairs or 2. Each pair of 2 have their grease fittings facing each other, and there's no easy way to get your grease gun in there. Assembly tip: Put a wheel on and grease the hub. Put the second wheel on BACKWARDS and grease it. Then turn it around. Also, there's no need to crank down on the axle nuts. Hand tight plus a quarter turn, and install the cotter pin. Get a 4X5 by 3/8" inch piece of Rubber Cal Recycled Floor Mat ($69 on Amazon) and cut it to fit the trailer deck.

Tires and wheels are not good
First off, discrepancies: Wheels had one with a punctured inner tube. Another wheel had a missing grease fitting. I agree with other reviews that the tires are cheap. The directions have you secure the wheels then calls for grease. Don't put axle nut on until you grease the wheels, I made this mistake. Took about an hour (counting beer breaks) to put this trailer together. Overall, it is AMAZING!!! I've never seen a lawn mower trailer built so solid. Definitely recommend. P.S.- If you have to grease this all by hand, I feel bad for you. Borrow or buy a cordless grease gun as it is a LOT of pumping!UPDATE: I called Northern Tool and told them a tire was flat. Instead of just sending the tube, they sent the entire wheel assembly! I took the tube from it and installed on flat already greased and installed on trailer. Great customer service. I am completely happy with this trailer! Don't hesitate to buy it

Day one review...
Pros: Product seems sturdy, but hasn't been tested yet.Cons: As expected but more pronounced then I wanted, the trailer is hard to back up with the dual articulating wheels. The grease fittings are ridiculous, they do not tighten, one snapped off and they are impossible to grease without taking off the tire. Save yourself the time and grease the bearings and axle before putting the wheels on. Although self explanatory, I received ZERO instructions in the box. The add on CLAM coupler with 2 bolts had instructions. The boxes looked like they were attached by a pack of hungry wolves... why would you crate this item?
