I did not need firmness. I needed a ring that bends with the hospital bed. This ring is for only chairs, not pressure points on bed ridden people. This is a very firm ring. Returned and getting one that works for my needs. If you want firmness, this is for you.

bought for my boyfriend, he really likes it. Helped take the pressure off his back when he's sitting on it at work. He's about 6 ft. 180 lbs. Only thing is he mentioned you can't really lean back because since its a circle you have that extra padding behind your behind(Your badonkadonk sits in the hole) so you have this space between your behind and the chair back. Makes it a little hard to drive in too because it lifts you up 2 inches in your seat. So he only uses it when he's sitting straight, bought a diff. chair to read in.

Can't figure out what the cover might be for...except for storage. For these rings to fit properly, the inside ring needs to be exposed. We experimented with many rings. Honestly, this is the best one. We are ordering more. My Folks go nowhere without these rings. Really helps coccyx pain in the elderly.

It was a fine cushion. But the cloth cover was too slippery to stay under you on an office chair.

I purchased 2 of these Medpro Foam ring cushion. The cushion is nice, good size, firm, and light-weight. I wished it came with a colorful cover. The color white just get dirty too fast. Thank U.

This cushion is so comfortable. I had ordered another cushion at twice the price and wish that I had seen this one first. I plan to order several more for the rest of the house and my scooter.

Doesn't work properly. It is a little hard.

Great quality! I bought it for postpartum, but didn't end up with stitches to really think I needed it. I still use it anyway because it really helps my back.
