I am new to my area and from what I am told our area is populated with a lot of trick or treaters. I refuse to be the house known as the house that gave people's children hard candy. I am extremely disappointed because although the bag says expires August 2019 these candies are HARD. See attached video.

Got ours today. The Best Buy date is July 2019. There are a lot of Taffy for sure. We don’t really mind got them to mix into the other 400+ assorted chocolate and candy bars to create even more varieties for trick or treaters. Our Taffy weren’t old and harden up (got lucky!) but those bottle caps are super hard and nasty (supposed to be that way? I never had them before) and some of the sweetarts were hard as well.The portions are Small which I kind of like for portion control. I didn’t feel think there are 200 pieces at first so I made my 6 year old sorted and counted them. (and he got to eat the taffy.).Overall, I’m happy with the purchase. :). They will be gone in one night. Trick or treat!

Based on the reviews, I set my expectations low. I took some solace I'm knowing that if I got some candy that was 90% rock-hard, melted and reformed, inedible Laffy Taffy, that Amazon customer service would probably refund me or allow me to return.It was on sale, so I went for it. And was pleasantly surprised. It was maybe 40% Laffy Taffy. There was plenty of Nerds, Sweettarts, and Bottle caps in there. And the Laffy Taffy was fine - it seemed like it had melted a little at some point, but it came away from the wrapping easily and was not hard at all.Very pleased with my purchase!

It was my fault for not seeing the “thoughtful portion” logo in the back. I naively based the sizes off of the nutrition label. Anywho the taffy is stuck to the wrappers and the good candy is HEAVILY outnumbered by all the taffy. The tarts and caps come in these TINY TINY 3-4 piece wrappers. I actually feel like the size of the serving/wrapper is something a kid could easily choke on if they weren’t being mindful, or a toddler just grabbing it. But I bought this all for myself and I’m disappointed in the serving sizes for the caps and tartes. Honestly that’s usually the only reason I buy these bags because the tartes and caps are hard to find by themselves anymore. I just assumed they’d be the same size as I usually get every year before. Calling it 200 pieces and having these new portion sizes give you less candy than before. Not worth the price. It isn’t a laughable first world problem but I love my candy so I take it seriously 😭

As others have stated, all of the laffy taffy was inedible. It had obviously melted and you could not separate the wrapper from the candy. Probably sat in some hot warehouse over the summer and no one did "quality control". Its rare to get a really bad product through Amazon, but this product was a complete waste of money.

I wasn't sure how big this bag would be so I ordered another one of a different kind of candy. (sour patch kids) I ordered them 1.5 days before Halloween and received them the morning of Halloween... Great job guys. The candies are all individually wrapped 1 serving size each. Good mix of mini Bottle Caps, mini Sweet-Tarts, Nerds and Laffy Taffy. Very pleased with this item and would definitely recommend.

If you like banana taffy, this is perfect for you because there are so many in this bag. I buy it for my desk at work and my customers love it. I think it’s a good price for how much you get and it’s never been stale or hard, always fresh. I’ve purchased several bags and I’m gonna order another one right now.

There are a lot of tiny pieces! For the money it’s not worth it! I won’t buy again! The $17 dollar bag I really like is much better! Unfortunately they were out of stock! A rip off
