Complicated Design and Pricey...
I got this when I injured my shoulder in March, and I needed to wear an ice pack to reduce inflammation after an intense workout. Putting this on is a bit complicated. I have to re-watch the instructional video on YouTube each time I use it. However, once it's on, it's fairly snug and keeps the ice pressed up against my shoulder.If you're not a professional athlete, I'm not sure if this is for you. You really can't wear it over a suit or anything like that. And if you're going to wear it at home, you might be fine with a more basic ice pack. (Obviously, with a basic ice pack, you can't walk around, but you only need to wear this thing for 20-30 minutes after a workout). I'd wait until the price comes down or a competitor makes a similar one that's cheaper.

Problème de fuite nécessite de vidanger la poche sinon il faut supporter les tee shirt mouillé :)En revanche produit très efficace
