48 sachets, not 50
I love this tea, and I order it all the time. I do not know why i decided to count sachets this time, just a strong inner impulse, which i followed. (Who would want to count 50 sachets? You would just trust they are all there.) So, I had some surprise waiting. There were 48 sachets, not 50 in the bag. And I am sure, because at first i thought i was probably not attentive, so I had to check again to be absolutely sure - yep, 48, not 50. Not a big deal, but still interesting experience about assumptions I would say! I gave it 4stars, as this tea is reliably good for me in quality, and it is one of my favourite teas, but now when I order it next time I would certainly be very curious how many sachets are really there in the bag.

Damaged product and not eligible for return!
Well, this is some BS... I bought this tin of tea to include in a friend’s birthday present and the stupid thing came badly dented right in the front! I usually have no problem returning products on Amazon - but this one has 0 options for return! (I guess because it’s food? The thing came damaged!!)

Not as expected.
Love Harney & Sons. I've been so pleased with all that I've tried. This Royal Palace tea is a mystery, however. The top of the tin had a secondary label slapped on that covered another label which stated, "Sold as a Set." A set with what? I was so looking forward to citrus flavors of lemon and grapefruit. Instead, I found the tea to smell like a stale Earl Grey. The flavor wasn't very pleasant, either. The tin certainly contained the pyramidal sachets with Harney & Sons tags, but nothing additional that would confirm the contents/ingredients. Did this perhaps come from a re-seller?

No jasmine flavor!!!!!!!
I had this exact brand of tea at a coffee shop. SUPER FRAGRANT JASMINE AROMA!!! Tea name - Dragon Pearl Jasmine Green Tea. Took a picture of the bulk (50 bags) packaging. I ordered the exact same thing. When I made my first cup, the aroma was slightly repulsive... and NO jasmine aroma at all. Can't return it - "isn't eligible for return". Seems like there isn't standardization of product. Paid premium price in hopes that the flavor would be worth it. I would do a negative flavor rating if possible... because the flavor was kind of repulsive. Don't waste your money!!!

Different from the product sold in a metal container.
Not the same product I received in the Harney & Sons tin container. This order was the bulk bag of 50 Sachets, they are not the same as what I received in the tin container, see attached picture. The Jasmin aroma is weak, the labels are blank and the bag material is not the same. I'm uncertain if this a production change or I received a counterfeit product. Unfortunately I have discarded the bag, though it as I recall it appeared the same as other bags from Harney & Sons.

Tasted Awful, Tin Arrived Dented
Perhaps there's someone out there that likes these, but I bought four to try and they're just not for me. There's very little actual TEA flavor, and what's left seems like a chemical aftertaste more than anything else. I'll stick to real teas from Grace Tea and Mark T. Wendell (where Julia Child bought her tea).The tins were very nice, but all but two arrived dented thanks to Amazon's brilliant shipping people who sent them in bubble wrapped envelopes instead of boxes.All in all this was a completely bad experience on many levels, and I won't be buying anything from this company again.

Loose Jasmine tea not dragon pearl
Awful taste. And that is because this tea is actually jasmine not jasmine dragon pearl tea. i was sent loose jasmine tea twice which does not come close in taste and aroma to the real Jasmine Dragon pearl tea in sachets. I recommend buying the tin. Not economical but At least then you are getting the correct product. I notified Amazon about this but seems like they did not fix the mix up and they initially did not want to print my honest review of the product I received upon ordering this particular item. Please send people the correct tea. Label them correctly at your warehouse.

The Best Decaf Black Tea Ever!
This is the most deliciously flavorful, beautifully scented, best tea you will ever drink. I especially love that I can have the black tea I crave late in the evening without worrying about having to much caffeine before bed! It doesn't taste like any other decaf tea I've ever had - it is rich and dark with an incredible vanilla aroma. This is now my go-to anytime tea, another huge hit from Harney! This has superseded my love for their Early Grey Supreme and East Frisian Blend, my previous two (fully caffeinated) favorites.

the tea smell really good and taste really nice as well. but every tea from Amazon are $4.00 more expensive then the tea original website. Even tho the website need to charge $10 for shipping, if you buy 3 or more , it is better off not buy it here

Es más práctico comprar estas bolsas grandes cuando ya tienes cajas metálicas de sobra. Cuidado que a veces se dispara de precio si no hay stock, debe costar entre 30 a 33 euros.

Great luxury buy
LOVE this tea-- great flavour. Each bag could probably be used acouple times or be made into two cups. Gorgeous tin that I will keep afterwards.

Vanilla tea so good!
My favourite tea! I can longer find it in my stores where I live so I order on amazon. This bag is twice the amount sold in stores and a great value. This is my third purchase, will definitely order more.

Nothing special, not worth the price.
Very disappointed with this specific tea blend compare to other Harney & Sons teas I've tried and love.
