Has laser and extra light.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. After long use my old saw failed, after searching found this one quite good with functions. Best parts it has long 3 meter cord which is quite helpful. Has red laser guide light and extra front lights. Came with side line guide which helps cut nice straight light. To cut with angle base part can be adjusted easily. Came with 6 blades which well packed.Overall great product, it could be better if had dust collector bag for smaller jobs, however for bigger jobs I use Henry hoover which can be attached to end of saw.Have a look my video to see real size and noice level, hope this will help to decide if it’s suitable for personal needs or not. Cheap, and easy
I haven't got time to write much as I'm trying out some new tools I've just bought. After reviewing many models of jigsaw I chose this one for the features and price. This jigsaw has all the features a normal DIY, or even professional may need. I can't comment on the longevity of the thing BUT it comes with a 2 YEAR Guarantee so that really doesn't matter. The pendulum action is easily selected and the blade quick change is a doddle to use. The laser is good and bright even in sunlight ( If the sun comes out here in the UK) All in All I reckon this has got to be a star buy, and don't forget, this jigsaw can cut up to 100mm wood so handsaws become a thing of the past, and if you like cutting curves then look no further. I'm happy with my buy and I think you will be too. NB don't worry about it not having a BRANDED name, a lot of electrical items originate in the same place. I wouldn't be surprised if that applies here too.

Great Jig for the Money!
I woodcarve as a hobby and needed a cheap but decent jigsaw to cut my wood down to managble sizes. This fits the bill perfectly, the laser guide is a blessing for straight cuts. Never knew how much it made a differeance untill I compared it to my old blind dewalt jigsaw. Comes with a pack of decent cutting blades for various material and finishes which is nice.I cut and fitted my kitchen worktop using this jig a few months back too, did the job no problem, again the laser made things a lot easier.Only issue is the carry case it a bit cheap and it would have been a great bonus for a sawdust bag.But for the price its outstanding value what you get.My first taclife product and definatly not my last at this rate.

Poweeeerrrrrrr
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. After using this on a decent size shelving project for my office i can now confirm, it's a beast! It has adjustments to the enth degree including speed, suction, etc. but with an added ambient light and a laser guide that almost make me look like i know what i'm doing when using it.Fair warning though it's not a light bit if kit, but that in my eyes helps with stability when cutting. It comes with a line guide and a bunch of blades, all nicely together in a clip closed case.If you liked my review, please let me know with a helpful click below

Bad design
I've used it a few times and it does preform ok. The reason for the low rating is the bevel. It states it can cut up to 45 degrees and it's true, but you can do it only once, after that, the screw that holds the bevel stops holding, and the bevel is no more. Reason for that is the design! The bevel is held on the base of the jigsaw by a screw. Problem is, it screws to a metal plate that is 2-3 mm thick, meaning the thread is only 2-3 revolutions from a soft metal that has to hold not only the bevel and the pressure you are applying, but also the vibration from the jigsaw itself. That's like designing a jeep for offroad, but the wheels of that jeep are held by one bolt and nut instead of 5.Overall if you plan to just cut straight, it's and ok tool. But if you need it for something different, chose another.

Looks good, but very poor performance.
It feels solid and well made... but I found the blade doesn't cut straight down, no matter which setting I put it on or which blade I use, it ends up cutting at sloped angles and the blades are warping, even while using a guide rail, on 18mm MDF. The laser sight was off to the left by about 1cm, and also pointing in the wrong direction by around 10 degrees. I only really wanted to cut straight lines, so I've sent it back and bought a Tacklife compact circular saw - much better performance, perfect cuts, goes through 18mm MDF like butter and the laser sight is precise, so not all Tacklife stuff is bad.

Perfect flexibility and control
I cannot comment on its durability as I used it for the first time today. What a great little Jigsaw. Best I have ever owned by far. I am a medium level DIYer so it will not get vast use. It is great to know when it is needed that I have such a flexible machine. On this occasion I had to cut and shape some UPVC cladding. The range of blades gave me the perfect fine tooth blade. I was then able to choose the right oscillation and speed for the material and shaping I needed. Initially it was not too good but I upped the speed one notch and it was perfect. I felt in control at all times and it handled the angles and shaping with no issue. Very impressed

... this saw several times now and I am very pleased with the results
I've used to this saw several times now and I am very pleased with the results. I've used it on a variety of different woods for example, Wenge, Maranti, Pine and have had no problems what so ever. This saw cuts accurately and effortlessly even when working with dense hard woods such as Maranti, Wenge and Zebrano. I will definitely use this brand again and would recommend this product, especially at this price.
