Stainless Steel Bowl wITH Bottom Drive Fits All Bosch Universal and Nutrimill Artiste Mixers

Better than the original bowl from years ago. There is extra reinforcement on the base. Only regret is waiting so long to order it.

I have had a Bosch Universal Plus mixer, 800 watts, for several years. My only complaint was about dough climbing up the center column in the original bowl. I watched you tube videos about the ER1 and learned that it could mix small batches of bread dough and was easier to clean. Even though it can only be used for kneading bread dough, I felt it was worth it for me. It came well packed, 3 days before it was expected, and I couldn't be happier. I've already used it to make bread and it is so easy to clean!

This bottom drive stainless bowl is great for mixing dough. Easier to clean. This should come as an option to purchase with the mixer instead of having to buy separate. I wish the bowl connected/latched to the mixer rather than just sitting on it.

Do you hate having to pull your dough off of that middle piece in the mixing bowl? Do you hate cleaning those tiny spaces in the lid? This bowl is the solution to those problems and more. This is my favorite off brand accessory to my mixer! I use it more than anything else.

I am giving this product 4 starts because it took forever to have it delivered. Other than that, I would highly recommend any bread-makers out there to purchase this bowl for their breads, if they haven't yet. Especially when making the dense yeast breads. It was amazing! I cringed at the price but looked at it as an investment. It is worth the investment.
