A Classic Crankbait
A great bait, especially when you're digging a trench (slow-rolling it along the bottom and letting it bounce off rocks and dig in the dirt), which seems to illicit some hard strikes. The factory hooks are hot garbage though - thin wire, bend out on any minor snag, can even be snapped with your fingers if you pull on them. I like this size over the 5XD moreso because it seems easier for smallmouth to get them into their teeny little mouths.
