Mead #10 Airmail Envelopes, 20 Count (74260)

I bought this product to send out 50th Birthday Party Invitations that I had made to resemble newspapers. Staying true to the newspaper theme was very important to me and these envelopes did just the trick. Although they are slightly thin, they works perfectly and we're getting so much positive feedback from the people who have been invited. I would definitely use these again for a future project!

For our wedding invitations, my wife stained these envelopes with tea to give them an aged look (our theme was vintage travel). She then put some vintage air mail stickers to seal them and it looked so awesome! I think if we buy more of these in the future, I would want her to stain them again.

Mead #10 Airmail Envelopes, 20 Count (74260)The red ink on the envelopes is a kind of lighter, pinkish red, not the darker red on the box. The stripes are printed on both sides. The printing is not pristine (see photo), but I kind of like the stamp-like look of it. In addition, the word "aereo" on the envelopes is misspelled (see photo); it should be "aéreo" because it's in Spanish. The product also arrived somewhat damaged due to the product box being squished inside the packaging. Regardless of these details, they are alright for my purposes.

Because I still love to write and send letters the old-fashion way, I bought these. They are perfect for more than just letters though. I use mine to store small mementos and the like. They are well made, and very sturdy. I don't have to worry about them tearing if I overstuff them, so for me that is a very good thing.

Bought them for my art journaling. It’s just what I was looking for at a reasonable price.

Product is pink and almost purple, like previous reviews state. Appears thicker than the older styles, but still gets the job done. Additionally, I was sent 21 in my box instead of 20 so that’s worth mentioning. Thanks for the extra.

It's works. It's an envelope. But very expensive.

The envelopes are far from red white and blue... the red is pink and dark blue is light blue. Very disappointed. Not worth the money and unable to return them.
