I love this mat. It's the perfect size for me when doing Turkish Get-Ups. I'm 6 ft 3 in and I like that it stays put during the entire routine. The weak spot is the carrying case, which I use daily for storage in the gym. It's starting to break down at the seams. I would like to see them offer a replacement bag for this mat. Review: Great padding in a basement workout area - I actually bought this to put under my dog's bedding while he was recovering from surgery, to soften things for him. But once he didn't need it, I took it downstairs to my workout area, and I fell in love with it. I didn't even know I needed a workout mat like this. I have a more heavily padded one that is great for floor exercises, but that one isn't suitable for walking or any standing exercises. This one is. It provides padding and makes the floor surprisingly comfortable and user friendly. I don't keep it down, but roll it up after every use, because I want it to stay nice. It rolls up fairly well. I would not attempt to get it back into the bag it came in, but really there's no need. When I want it, I just unroll it. It's a perfect size, big but not too big. Now when I go to work out, the first thing I do is put this mat down. The only downside, and this is not a flaw of the mat but still something to be aware of, is that it does move around a bit, at least on the very thin basement carpeting I have. Not anything that makes things unsafe, but I will just notice that every so often I have to adjust its position because my movements have made it slide over. If I kept it down all the time, I would probably look for something to help hold it in place. But this is a small thing and, again, not a flaw. I love this product and am so glad to have it. Highly recommend for workout enthusiasts. ## Features - Large & Professional to Level Up Your Home Gym: 6 sizes for choice to meet your fitness needs of solo workouts, couple use, or family exercise; you can also combine exercise mats for home workout with a spacious area; your ideal workout mats for home gym for all intensities of exercise like Cardio, dance, Zumba, T25, weightlifting, yoga, stretching, dumbbell; use with or without shoes - Heavy-Duty, Tear-Resistant & Versatile: With high-density pvc material, the gym mats are solid and robust to resist abrasion and scratches; prevent wear and tear from high-intensity training and frequent use; versatile mat as a workout mat for fitness, gym flooring for home gym equipment, or a secure and comfortable play mat for family or furry friends to join; enjoy fun and togetherness with the gym floor mat - Shock Absorption & Anti-Slip Surfaces: 7mm thick yoga mat, jump rope mat, or wrestling mat offers optimal cushioning to protect your joints from impact; exercise equipment mat to absorb shock to reduce noise and protect the floor; double-sided anti-slip surfaces provide a secure grip on your hands and feet; great gym mat flooring that stays firmly in place on tile, carpet, concrete, and hardwood floors - Easy Storage With Bag & Straps: Includes a carrying bag and 3 hook and loop straps for convenient rolling up and secure storage; a microfiber towel (27''x 16'') included; waterproof surface keeps moisture and sweat from seeping into the mat; easy to clean with a quick wipe; put the fitness mat in the bag and take it with you on your fitness journey; you can also keep it out all the time for quick and easy access - For Fitness: Committed to providing 100% happy purchase experiences; a heartfelt product to surprise your family and friends who are exercise lovers; questions or concerns? And it passed with flying colors. Looking for away to prevent it from moving around on the carpet. It shifts sometimes. On a hard flooring it would cling better. Love the thickness of it, while still having flexibility. It's very sturdy. ## Frequently Bought Together - GymCope Large Exercise Mat for Home Workout,12β€˜x6’/10'x6'/9'x6'/8'x6'/7'x5'/6'x4' (7mm) Extra Thick Workout Mat, High-Density Gym Mat for Cardio, Jump Rope, MMA, Weights (Shoe-Friendly) - CAP Barbell Dumbbell Set with Rack | Multiple Options in 150lbs and 210lbs - pertetey Home Gym Mirror, 48X24 Inch(Each)-2PCS, Large Exercise Mirror, Frameless Full Body Mirror, Tempered Glass, Wall Mounted for Gym, Yoga, Bedroom, Dance Studio --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sc/products/542702289-gymcope-large-exercise-mat-for-home-workouts-12x6-10x6-9x6](https://www.desertcart.sc/products/542702289-gymcope-large-exercise-mat-for-home-workouts-12x6-10x6-9x6) --- *Product available on Desertcart Seychelles* *Store origin: SC* *Last updated: 2026-10-21*
