Review: Horrendous - 5 Parts were missing from the order. Ask for the missing Parts, receive an actual replacement box that desertcart wants to charge me for. The box also didn't have the 5 Parts. Try to return whole order and get a roundabout from customer service that ends with another whole box being sent to me. At least this time it had the Parts I needed. No instructions. Only pictures. Parts aren't labeled nor assigned to the boxes in any way. Building it is a nightmare. Might legit be the worst overall product and customer experience I've ever had. Do NOT purchase this item. ## Features - Signature Fitness Home Gym, Box #2 - Model M750: 1x Box #1, 1x Box #2, 1x Box #3/4/5 - Model M900: 1x Box #1, 1x Box #2, 1x Box #3/4/5, 1x Box #6/7 - M950: 1x Box #1, 1x Box #2, 1x Box #3/4/5, 1x Box #6/7, 1x Box #8, 1x Box #9 ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0CBJ6KWQ5 | | Best Sellers Rank | #525,161 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #243 in Home Gym Systems | | Brand | Fitvids | | Brand Name | Fitvids | | Color | Black/Red | | Customer Reviews | 3.7 out of 5 stars 24 Reviews | | Handle Type | Fixed Handle | | Included Components | Home Gym Box | | Item Type Name | Home Gym | | Item Weight | 44 kg | | Manufacturer | Signature Fitness | | Material | Alloy Steel | | Material Type | Alloy Steel | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Strap Type | Cable/Pulley straps | | Tension Level | High | | Tension Supported | High | | UPC | 810133182036 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | 2 year manufacturer | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Fitvids - **Color:** Black/Red - **Item Weight:** 44 Kilograms - **Material:** Alloy Steel - **Tension Level:** High ## Images ![Fitvids Multifunctional Home Gym System Workout Station with Leg Extension and Preacher Curl, 122.5LB Weight Stack, Multiple Options, Multiple Packages - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81HL5I16d8L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love it. *by J***I on October 9, 2023* A little hard to put together but worth the money. ### ⭐ Horrendous *by J***B on December 25, 2024* 5 Parts were missing from the order.
