Q: Does this adjustable lumbar pillow do a good job?

I'm totally loving this feature! The lumbar pillow often doesn't fit my back when I'm lounging against it, causing me to get lower back pain when I'm lounging against it for long periods of time, and I've found a great solution in this chair. And I've also found that this lumbar pillow propped up at the maximum angle helps me straighten my back, which makes me more focused at work. I am very happy with this purchase!

Q: Is this seat cushion different from other chairs?

That's great! The seat cushion is removable, and it's reversible too. One side has gel and leather, while the other side is made of fabric. I plan to use the leather side in the summer and the fabric side in the winter. It's a fantastic feature to have!

Q: Is this headrest supportive?

Awesome! The chair I had before had this tiny, short headrest that was totally useless. But this new headrest is spot on for my 6'2 height! It's just what I needed!
