I don't know if the Shiseido Facial Cotton is organic but it is of such superb quality. It is soft and it does not leave fibers on your skin when you remove makeup. I would recommend buying these over any other cotton pad. **Q: Are these cotton squares single layer or are they two layers that can unfold to a larger cotton square?** A: They consist of multiple layers but do not open up to a larger square.
