It fits under the window, aisle and middle seats on United airplanes. Ironically, it did not fit in the personal bag tester, but I chose not to check the bag and had plenty of height and width room under the seat. **Q: will this bag meet the strict Frontier and Spirit personal bag requirements? all parts of the bag must fit in the bin including wheels and straps.** A: The bag is very compact and easily fit under the seat.
