Proper detailing sent me replacements explaining they had a bad batch created. They also solidified the trouble by providing some extra goodies I wasn’t even expecting. This is how customer service should be done.Great I like the bristles and out of the box the product seemed fantastic, I used them for the first time taking note of the provided instructions for use paired with Koch-Chemie Pol Star textile cleaner to give my GT350 seats, steering wheel, floor mats, and door cards a great clean. They worked great for the cleaning and I had a fantastic experience correcting an issue I had. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Buen producto *by on Reviewed in the United States 18 May 2026* Excelente producto ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great detail brush *by on Reviewed in the United States 11 January 2025* I have alcantara leather in my Lexus LC500.
