Its acid-free, pH-neutral composition ensures archival quality, while its unique texture accepts wet media without damage or the need for fixatives. Each pack includes 10 off-white sheets designed for consistent, professional-grade results. ## Description UART Premium Sanded Paper is the only art paper on the market today to offer seven grades to choose from. Designed to provide pastel, colored pencil and charcoal artists with a consistent and reliable surface, UART Premium Sanded Pastel Paper accepts a wide variety of wet media for underpainting without compromising or damaging the tooth. You can add layer upon layer, correct and create without impairing the surface of your painting or drawing. And thanks to its unique sanded surface, you don't need to use fixatives. ## Features - Grips layer after layer: The sanded tooth holds repeated layers of soft pastel, oil pastel, charcoal, and colored pencil, so color builds rich and vivid without filling in or losing bite. - No fixative needed between layers: The abrasive surface locks pigment in place, letting you work and rework color without spraying fixative as you go, for cleaner and truer results. - Takes a wet underpainting: Accepts water, alcohol, and solvent washes without buckling or losing tooth, so you can block in an underpainting before moving to dry pastel or pencil. - Acid-free and archival: The pH-neutral sheet resists yellowing over time, protecting finished pastel, charcoal, and mixed media work for years of display or storage. - Consistent professional surface: Even, end-to-end grit coverage gives predictable results across the whole sheet, from bold underpainting to fine detail work. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B09QH63F4C | | Best Sellers Rank | #181,304 in Office Products ( See Top 100 in Office Products ) #60 in Pastel Paper | | Brand Name | Uart | | Color | Grade 280 | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 4.7 out of 5 stars (62) | | Item Dimensions L x W | 30.5L x 22.9W centimeters | | Item Highlight | Acid-free archival sanded surface, 240 to 800 grit in multiple sizes; grips soft pastel, charcoal and colored pencil | | Item Weight | 1 Pounds | | Manufacturer | UART Sanded Pastel Paper | | Manufacturer Part Number | M-160274 | | Material Type | Paper | | Model Number | Parent | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Paper Dimensions | 12 x 18 inches | | Paper Finish | Fine Tooth Surface | | Recommended Uses For Product | Drawing, Painting (Pastel, Colored Pencil, Charcoal, Wet Media), Crafts | | Sheet Count | 10 | | Style | Pastel Art Paper | | UPC | 815178010559 | | Unit Count | 10.0 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Uart - **Colour:** Grade 280 - **Material:** Paper - **Paper Dimensions:** 12 x 18 inches - **Paper finish:** Fine Tooth Surface ## Images ![UART Sanded Pastel Paper, Off-White, 280 Grade, 12x18 in, 10 Sheets - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81CDO4SKzBL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sc/products/548100424-uart-sanded-pastel-paper-off-white-280-grade-12x18-in](https://www.desertcart.sc/products/548100424-uart-sanded-pastel-paper-off-white-280-grade-12x18-in) --- *Product available on Desertcart Seychelles* *Store origin: SC* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
