There’s no weird taste to them which I love. I recommend taking calcium citrate a couple hours after. NEVER mix your multivitamin with it otherwise it won’t work. I had Gastric Bypass surgery 26 years ago. I’ve “wasted” thousands of dollars on vitamins with poor blood work results. I started taking this and within 60 to 90 days after my previous blood work was done my results were drastically better. My dr recommended these and sells them in his office because they have a high absorption rate. I highly recommend these for anyone who’s had weight loss surgery or on a GLP1 medication. You need to supplement because you’re not eating as much. I’m not a physician so ask your doctor. This is my experience only. You only need one a day. Easy to swallow capsules.
