It works find, but is hard to figure out what parts go with it, because the model number doesn't match anything on desertcart or on the Bissell website. Anyway, it looks like the other upright Proheat Pet models. So, I took a gamble and got these replacement belts for the carpet agitator. The spindels at the front of the base got caught way too easily on some area rug tassels -- beware! And immediately it ripped the teeth off the rubber drive belt. So, I found these on desertcart, and there are 3 different sizes, for 3 different sets of gears. I only needed the size in the middle with the teeth in the belt. It fit fine, was easily replaced, and so far has been working great again.
